Blackburn and Associates is a design and consulting firm specializing in appropriate technology for water and wastewater treatment.

Founded in 1996 by Humphrey Blackburn, B&A has developed a line of modular slow sand and iron filter plants with proven reliability. Over the last several years, Blue Future Filters and Blackburn & Associates have worked together to develop, perfect and manufacture innovative, efficient designs to make our package-plant filter systems easy to install, easy to clean, easy to operate and easy to understand.
